his every movement. The best reined horse should be willingly guided or controlled with little or no apparent resistance and dictated to completely.

ABOUT NRHA OCEANIA
The NRHA Oceania Affiliate Council was formed in 2020 to provide Oceania Region members a collective input with the NRHA. An NRHA Oceania Affiliate has a seat on the Council, ensuring equal representation and member input for regional growth. This Council was established as part of the NRHA's strategic planning to engage affiliates and support regional activities.
